Do you ship?

No, at this time I offer local pickup at my home or scheduled pickup in Prosper, TX.

How much are your cookies?

Do you offer gluten or dairy free?

Unfortunately at this time, I do not offer gluten or dairy free cookies. As I grow my business I hope to offer more inclusive products including gluten free and dairy free.

How are your cookies packaged?

Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed. If you are ordering a standard set, the cookies will all be packaged in a bakers box.

Can I place a last minute order?

Please contact me! I do try to accommodate as many last minute orders as possible however, I ask that you please place your order at least two weeks in advance. Last minute orders may requre a rush fee. 

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

I will send you an email to confirm your order. If you do not receive an email from me within 24 hours, please check your spam inbox!!

Your order is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, the dates chosen will be made available for other customers.

How do I pay my invoice?

I use square as my invoicing platform. Please keep an eye out for an email from them in regards to your invoice. If you do not see your invoice, please email me asap. 
 

Why do you request a 50%  deposit?

It takes a lot of time to plan cookie sets and buy materials and ingredients. I request a 50%  deposit to help cover the preparation work on my end.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order up to one week prior to our agreed upon pickup date with a refund of your deposit. Please note, square does require a small processing fee for each transaction which you will not receive back.

Do you offer discounts?

While I do not offer discount codes, I do have a referral discount. For each person who books an order that mentions you referred them, you will receive $5 off your next cookie order (Limit $10/order). Make sure they mention you referred them!!

Also, if you write a review on my facebook page, I will give you $5 off your next order!

I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law. I do not offer refunds or returns however, if you have any issues with your order please email me.
